How do I unlock all themes? Tap the Premium button in the app. Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks every theme, every clock style, and every colour — no subscription.

My alarm didn't go off Make sure notifications are enabled for Kawaii Clock in iPhone Settings → Notifications. Also check that the alarm is toggled on in the Alarms tab, and that your phone isn't on silent mode.

How do I stop my screen from turning off? Go to the Settings menu inside the app and turn on "Prevent screen lock". Great for bedside and desk use.

Can I use my own photo as a background? Yes — open Customise, scroll to the background section, and tap the photo icon to pick from your library.

The app is draining my battery Turn on "Battery saver still background" in Settings. This swaps the looping video for a still image while keeping the vibe.

How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device? Open the Premium screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID.
